All sales are final.
Each Confíance piece is made with care and intention — because of that, we don’t offer refunds once an order is placed.
If you receive the wrong item or a package that isn’t what you ordered, reach out to us within 4 days of delivery at weareconfiance@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review it and make it right.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges only for size changes on unworn, unwashed items returned in their original condition and packaging.
You must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order to start an exchange.
Once we approve the exchange, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the requested size is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.
Important:
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration won’t be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges requested after 4 days of delivery will not be eligible.
